1.1. When you make a reservation for parking via flyparkexpress.dk you enter into an agreement with Flypark Express ApS, CVR (39632608) (”Flypark Express”) regarding the parking of your car and an agreement with the Limousine Service Xpress ApS, CVR (40233083) (”Limousine Service Xpress”) regarding limousine passenger transport from our office to / from Copenhagen Airport. Your reservation is subject to these terms and conditions. 1.2. Flypark Express, or Limousine Service Xpress, respectively, can be contacted at the above address, phone number +45 70229220 or at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. or fly-parkexpress.dk. 1.3. If you, in addition to your reservation of parking and transportation, want to order other services, you enter into an agreement with the company that provides the service. Neither Flypark Express nor Limousine Service Xpress are liable for claims in this context. Therefore, if you have questions or other inquiries, including complaints about the benefit, they can only be directed to the company concerned.
2.1. You can reserve a parking space online at Flypark Express website. You can only reserve one parking space at a time for one continuous parking period. If you leave the car park during your parking period and subsequently drive back in, it will be considered as a new parking period which is charged in accordance with the current drive-in tariffs for that car park. 2.2. When booking, select parking a parking period. 2.3. You must reserve your parking space, no later than 2 hours before the beginning of your parking. 2.4. A park space cannot be booked for more than 2 weeks at a time, when booking online. 2.5. You can extend your parking period if you have reserved parking for less than 2 weeks on the website. 2.6. Once your reservation is complete, this is confirmed by a printable receipt on the screen. 2.7. Upon receipt of the order confirmation, (i) a final agreement has been entered into between Flypark Express and you regarding the parking of your car and (ii) a final agreement between Limousine Service Xpress and you regarding limousine passenger transport from our office to / from Copenhagen Airport, and your reservation is then binding, cf. 6 concerning the right of withdrawal.
3.1. Prices are in Danish kroner incl. VAT and other taxes. The prices applicable at any time can be found on the Flypark Express website. 3.2. The price that you have to pay for your reservation depends on the selected parking period and product, as well as the number of days the parking space is reserved and whether you have chosen extra services. 3.3. You can pay for your parking with the following payment method: Dankort Visakort Mastercard Maestro American Express 3.4. Your payment will be deducted when you have completed your reservation in accordance with item 2.6. 3.5. As the payment transaction is completed, your payment information will be saved until each payment transaction has been completed. Your payment and card information is stored with FLYPARK EXPRESS ‘chosen PCI (Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standard) Certified Affiliate. Therefore, the information is stored in a secure PCI-certified environment that meets international security standards until the payment transactions are completed. 3.6. If you pick up your car before the end of the parking period, for whatever reason, you will not be refunded for the period when the parking space has not been used unless you are entitled to cancel the reservation, cf. 6 regarding right of withdrawal. 3.7. If you do not pick up your car for whatever reason, you will be charged in accordance with the applicable drive-in rates for that parking facility until you pick up the car. This additional payment is charged when exiting the car park. 3.8. Flypark Express and Limousine Service Xpress take precautions of printing errors, including errors in prices, price changes, and technical updates.
4.1. Once your reservation is confirmed, simply hand in your car to Flypark Express. 4.2. Handing in the key to Flypark Express is considered your acceptance of the commencement of parking, regardless of whether the cancellation deadline has expired. 4.3. When you get your car back, you are obligated to investigate the car’s condition before leaving the Flypark Express area. In the event of damage resulting from Flypark Express’s handling of the car, you must immediately contact Flypark Express by contacting our customer service department. 4.4 When parking at Flypark Express, you must be prepared to hand over your car key as your car will be driven from the office to one of Flypark Express’s parking facilities after delivery unless you have chosen parking without a key pass. 4.5 Flypark Express parking is located at a distance of 1 – 15 km from our office address. 4.6 Flypark Express adjusts the front seat of the car to be able to drive safely when driving from the office to / from the Flypark Express parking facility. If several cars are transported away at the same time, you may in some cases find that several of our employees may be sitting in your car on the way back from the parking facility. 4.7 You may also find that your car, due to capacity and / or logistics reasons, are relocated from one parking facility to another parking facility, while your car is parked at Flypark Express.
5.1. This point applies if you have selected the product “Weekend parking” when booking a parking. 5.2. Reservation of the product “Weekend parking” can only be done, by parking for 3 days regardless of the selected days. Parking is not required during the weekend.
6.1. When you reserve your parking online, you have the right to cancel your reservation without justification within 14 days. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the date of the agreement. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitutional day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day. By accepting these terms, you give your express consent to and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal will cease when the parking and transport services are fully completed. 6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an e-mail or letter to Flypark Express (see contact details in your order confirmation and item 1 of these terms and conditions), stating that you regret your reservation. You can use the standard cancellation form at the end of the terms of trade, but it is not mandatory. 6.3. Consequences of withdrawal If you have canceled your booking, FLYPARK EXPRESS will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days of the date on which Flypark Express received notice of your decision to cancel this agreement. FLYPARK EXPRESS will make such a refund with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund. 6.4. When purchasing products in the “Direct” category, the refund guarantee is included in the price. 6.5. If you have purchased the refund guarantee and canceled your reservation before the cancellation deadline has expired, you will also be refunded the amount of the refund guarantee. If you use the refund guarantee after the cancellation period has expired, you will only be refunded the amount of your reservation.
7.1. The time of the reservation is indicated in the receipt that appears on your screen in connection with the reservation and in the order confirmation which is sent to the e-mail you provided at the time of booking. 7.2. Flypark Express is obliged to make available the reserved parking space no later than 3 hours before the agreed booking time. 7.3. If you arrive after the date of the agreed reservation date and the reserved parking space is not available, you will be entitled to another parking space corresponding to or better than the reserved parking space during the reservation period.
8.1. Any complaints about the parking must be directed directly to Flypark Express. 8.2. Complaints about parking deficiencies must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered or should have discovered the deficiency, however no later than 5 days after parking has ended. 8.3. If FLYPARK EXPRESS cannot assign you a similar or better parking space than the one you booked, FLYPARK EXPRESS will provide you with another, not equivalent, parking space at a discount in the price. If FLYPARK EXPRESS does not assign you another parking space at all, you are entitled to have the parking fee returned.
9.1. The following provisions of liability do not apply if otherwise provided by mandatory rules in Danish law. 9.2. All parking in FLYPARK EXPRESS’ car park is at your own risk. 9.3. FLYPARK EXPRESS assumes no liability in connection with accidents, theft, injuries to persons, cars, equipment and effects in the car when your car is parked in one of the FLYPARK EXPRESS parking facilities. 9.4. FLYPARK EXPRESS cannot be held responsible for any indirect loss or consequential damages. 9.5. FLYPARK EXPRESS reserves the right to use wheel barriers and impose a charge of DKK 500.00 for your breach of regulations and signs, etc. or where parking is a nuisance to other persons, including other parkants and car rental companies, etc. FLYPARK EXPRESS also reserves the right to move your car in the above cases. 9.6. In the event of damage caused by others or Flypark’s personnel, Flypark Express assumes no responsibility. Accidents are only covered by the customer’s liability or insurance policy.
10.1. If you are unable to access the reserved car park at the agreed time, or access is completely excluded due to unforeseen circumstances over which FLYPARK EXPRESS does not control, including, but not limited to, war, mobilization, terrorist acts (including threats of such), fire, strike, boycott, blockade and lockout (including among Copenhagen Airport staff), airport closure or airport baggage handling and / or natural disasters will automatically cancel your reservation for those days. 10.2. If, on the basis of the above, you cannot pick up your car within the reserved period, any refunds regarding any extra paid parking may be made as a result. 10.3. Furthermore, FLYPARK EXPRESS cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure.
12.1. Of course, you are always welcome to contact FLYPARK EXPRESS if you have any complaints about the parking you purchased from FLYPARK EXPRESS. Complaints about transport to and from the airport is directed to Limousine Service Xpress. You can find the contact details on your order confirmation as well as in these terms and conditions. 1.2. 12.2. If you are unable to reach an agreement with FLYPARK EXPRESS or Limousine Service Xpress, you, as a consumer, can file a complaint with the Competition and Consumer Agency’s Center for Claw Solution, The House of Commons, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, if you meet the conditions for this, see more at www.forbrug.dk and http://www.kfst.dk/forbrugerforhold/ klageforhold/center-for-klageloesning/. 12.3. If a common solution cannot be reached through the Complaints Center, you can appeal to Forbrugerklagenævnet.
13.1. Any agreement entered into between you and FLYPARK EXPRESS, respectively you and Limousine Service Xpress using these terms and conditions is governed by Danish law, and any dispute that may arise must be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
